This Privacy Policy explains how Antique Identifier (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

b. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (device model, operating system version, language settings)
- IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
- App usage data (feature interactions, crash logs, subscription status)
- Anonymous analytics data for product improvement
c. Financial Information
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect, access, or store credit card or payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide antique identification and valuation results
- Improve identification accuracy and app performance
- Respond to support inquiries
- Detect fraud and maintain security
- Monitor app stability and usage trends
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use user-submitted data for advertising purposes.
3. AI Processing and Image Handling
When you upload an image for identification:
- The image is securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure (Google Firebase).
- The image is then securely processed by our AI service provider, OpenAI, solely for generating identification and valuation results.
Important:
- Images are used exclusively to generate requested results.
- User data is not used to train AI models.
- Images are not sold or shared for advertising.
- Images are not permanently stored unless explicitly required for feature functionality.
- Temporary processing data is automatically deleted after processing or within a limited retention period necessary for service reliability.
By uploading an image, you consent to this processing.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data strictly for app functionality with the following providers:
- OpenAI – AI-based image analysis
- Google Firebase (Google LLC) – secure backend infrastructure and cloud functions
- RevenueCat – subscription management
- Apple App Store – billing and payment processing
- Analytics providers – anonymous usage statistics and crash reporting
All third-party providers are required to maintain data protection standards equal to or greater than ours.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide requested features
- Ensure system reliability and fraud prevention
- Comply with legal obligations
Temporary AI processing data is deleted automatically after processing unless required for short-term system diagnostics.
You may request deletion of your associated data at any time.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
However, no digital transmission or storage system is completely secure.
