Short version: this site has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter, so we do not ask you for personal data. We do use one analytics tool that records how pages are used, and our server keeps standard access logs.

Who runs this site
Antique Silver Hallmarks is published by OBZENA LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. Contact for any privacy question: antiqly@obzena.com.
What we do not collect
There is no registration, no login, no contact form, no comment form and no mailing list on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address or payment details, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are read — which sections people scroll to, where they stop, and which links they use. Clarity records page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, page paths, referrer, approximate location from IP, device and browser type) and can replay them as an anonymised session recording. It sets cookies in your browser to distinguish one visit from another.
We use this to fix pages people abandon, not to identify individuals. Microsoft processes this data as our provider — see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can opt out by blocking third-party scripts, using your browser’s tracking protection, or blocking clarity.ms.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent. These are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing errors, and are rotated on a short schedule.
Links to other sites
We link to museum collections, reference archives, auction and price-guide sites, and to the Apple App Store. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site under their privacy terms, not ours. App Store links carry Apple campaign parameters so we can tell which page sent a visitor; those parameters identify the page, not you.
The iOS app is separate
Antique Identifier – Antiqly is a separate product with its own privacy disclosure, shown on its App Store listing. Nothing you do in the app is linked to your reading of this website.
Your requests
If you are in the UK, EU or a jurisdiction with comparable rules and want to know what we hold, ask for deletion, or object to analytics, email antiqly@obzena.com. Because we hold no account data, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing tied to you beyond the log and analytics records described above.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
